Kasco, once only Malta's leading support company in the Graphic Arts industry, has now restructured itself to accomodate it's continued growth into new industry sectors. In 2011, I led the way for the rebranding exercise that would change the face of all their existing companies. Giving them structure and turning the brand into a group.

I began with an audit of all the current communications of the Kasco brand, reviewing the tools at-hand and looking for ways to improve them and move forward with the group's new vision and direction for the future. This began with building a strategy for the new company identifiers. Starting with the largest, founding company of the group – Kasco Paper.

Over the years, Kasco has earned a reputation for solid reliability, delivering on time, everytime. A standard that was brought about and reinforced by a strong customer-centric work philosophy.

To begin showing that each new Kasco company draws from this core practice, it was decided that each new logotype would begin the design process from the Kasco logo itself. Kasco Paper, Kasco Engineering, Kasco Foods, and Kasco Recycling; all bear the signature that, to the industry, reflects the promise of delivery and reliability that is Kasco.

Developed alongside the logotypes for each new company was a new and powerful series of informative web portals. Each designed with the renewed enthusiasm and style of the rebranding process.

Three websites were created in total, starting with the new group website. Providing information on the group and each of the industry sectors it operates in. Next was the Kasco Paper portal, featuring it's ever-expanding range of products and services for the graphic art industry. Finally, the Kasco Engineering website. Offering a peek at the experience and skill that this auxillary company offers.

To communicate this new direction and expansion to its partners in the graphic art industry, a campaign was developed that included a corporate profile, brochure, and a small series of adverts. All under the campaign signature 'Paper & Beyond'. Highlighting the transition from paper supplier to the group's growth into new industry's.

Enclosed with each brochure was a mini-disc presentation, containing the new corporate profile of Kasco. Offering the viewer a brief tour of the history of the company and its ideals, leading up to its new status as a group of companies today. Alongside the brochures was a short series of adverts designed for local industry-focused publications.
